This Privacy Policy applies to the relevant product websites, mobile applications, customer support channels, and public product pages linked from the applicable product domain or namespace.
If a specific product publishes additional terms or a product-specific notice, that product notice supplements this baseline policy.
SeatPlan stores the event information you add to the app, including guest names, RSVP status, plus-one counts, table names, label names, and label relationship settings used for seating decisions.
In the current implementation, that planning data is stored locally on the device running the app.
We use personal information to provide and maintain the service, respond to support requests, communicate about changes, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability.
We may share data with infrastructure, analytics, support, messaging, and payment providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service.
We do not sell personal information as part of this baseline policy.
The current app flow does not require account creation, social login, payment details, or a remote profile to use the guest, table, and seating planning features shown in the product screenshots.
Your event data remains on the device until you edit it, remove it, or uninstall the app.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or further details about our processing by contacting the support address published on the relevant product page.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing certain requests.
SeatPlan Pro purchases and subscription management are handled by the app store used for purchase. Nexora does not receive full payment card details from Apple or Google.
The app may receive subscription entitlement state, transaction status, product identifier, and store account signals required to unlock paid features, restore purchases, and provide support.
