The product-specific terms for using SeatPlan, SeatPlan Pro monthly auto-renewable subscriptions, and related public support resources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using a managed product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific notices published for that product.

If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and Access

The current SeatPlan release does not require user account creation to access the guest, table, and seating planning features shown on this site.

If future releases add account-based or cloud features, those release terms should be updated before launch.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

  • Do not reverse engineer or probe the service without permission
  • Do not use the product to infringe rights or breach law
  • Do not bypass access controls or rate limits

4. Fees and Service Changes

Some products or features may be subject to separate commercial terms, subscriptions, or implementation agreements.

We may modify, suspend, or retire features where reasonably necessary, including for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, branding, documentation, and related content remain the property of the relevant service provider or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of data you lawfully submit, but grant the limited rights required for us to host, process, and support the service.

6. Disclaimers, Liability, and Contact

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as available' basis and indirect or consequential losses are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. App Store Distribution

Where SeatPlan is distributed through Apple App Store, you must also comply with the store terms that apply to your download and device use.

Store operators are not responsible for the day-to-day provision of the SeatPlan service or for customer support obligations owed by Nexora.

8. SeatPlan Pro Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

SeatPlan Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription with a one-month subscription period.

The in-app purchase flow displays the current localized price before you confirm purchase. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID and renewal is managed by Apple.

SeatPlan Pro unlocks larger-event Smart Fill, PDF export, and Rebalance All while the subscription is active. If it expires or is cancelled, SeatPlan returns to the free feature limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel from your App Store account settings.
